Traditional Greek Rusks with Olive Oil and Oregano (Lado-Paximadia)

Artius traditional rusks with olive oil and oregano are made with flour, yeast, olive oil and oregano and are also baked twice to preserve them and ensure they last longer. Known as “Lado paximadia” these rusks are fluffier because of the olive oil and also more aromatic because of the oregano. They are delicious and they have become a staple in most homes as they can be eaten at all times as a snack, plain or served with cheese, olive and tomatoes or even for breakfast with honey!

They are healthy and full of goodness as well as light and they are recommended in calorie controlled diets.
